The place has amazing facilities that are not easy to find in other places. According to Burch, he did not expect Nihiwatu to be what it is today. He spends most of his time in Miami, the Hamptons and Nihiwatu resort. The resort has a private home; Raja Mendaka for Chris, and 26 other private villas. The resort has two treehouses linked by a bamboo bridge. The treehouses has balcony, bedroom and bathroom, while the main one has a living area. The two entrepreneurs are planning to expand their resort businesses in Nicaragua and Costa Rica.
